EPMA is a non-profit organisation, public equivalent body co-founded in 2004 by the Vysočina Region. Its main mission is to support the development of a sustainable and equal society. This mission is implemented through activities including research, awareness raising, education, project management support and networking to strengthen dialogue and cooperation between different actors and groups of citizens. EPMA works at local and regional level, but also with organizations and bodies at national and European level and has significant experience in management and dissemination. Of the wide range of projects that EPMA has dealt with during its existence, many have focused on digital transformation, education, active citizenship, social inclusion and culture.






The Youth Department of Reggio Emilia Municipality has been working with youths 14-35 years old since 2010, focusing on policy making based on the real needs and interests of youths, co-planning with them most of the key actions. Street art is one of the main fields of working with young people, in collaboration with many street artists, youth workers and stakeholders of the city.







ALDA – European Association for Local Democracy, is a French-registered association dedicated to the promotion of good governance, active citizenship, and cooperation between local authorities and civil society in Europe, its neighbourhood, and all around the world, mainly acting through participative methods and decentralised cooperation. ALDA is also a membership-based organisation gathering today more than 350 members, including local authorities, associations of local authorities, and civil society organisations, coming from more than 45 countries in the enlarged Europe.










The CiMAM Outstanding Museum Practice Award is open to museum professionals and individuals working in the museum field who wish to nominate an outstanding museum practice or program to be recognized by CIMAM. Museum professionals may nominate their own museum or propose another museum or particular museum practice.
CIMAM membership is not required for a museum to be nominated or to submit a nomination.
In submitting a nomination, you will contribute to the identification of museum practices that have the potential to inspire the transformation of museums into more empathic, accessible, inclusive, diverse, flexible, and co-creative institutions.




Clube Intercultural Europeu is a non-profit organization existing since 1998 and operating in the fields of youth, non-formal education, promoting social rights and employability. Our activities reflect values and principles we consider indispensable, such as human rights, interculturalism or respect and appreciation of differences. We promote active participation, empowerment and social inclusion of children, youngsters and adults in vulnerable situation, stimulating development of key competences necessary for personal fulfillment and active citizenship. We believe in potential of each one as a drive for change in the society. Our main work areas are:
. Social Inclusion and Local Development: we focus on priority intervention neighbourhoods in the Olaias area of Lisbon, where live a significant percentage of Roma people. We manage several projects that aim to empowerment these communities and our work is supported by a partnerships network and the community itself.
. European Mobility: we implement capacity building activities within the exchange programmes, ensuring pedagogical, linguistic and cultural empowering of young people, involving them in Clube’s projects. We host and organize the mobility programs for + 400 young people/year since 2017. We have the quality label of both hosting and supporting organisation within the European Solidarity Corps programme and have coordinated three EVS/ESC projects.
. International Cooperation: we are actively engaged in several different projects within the Erasmus+ KA2, EEA Grants or Europe for Citizens, to link the community development work done by our local partnerships with similar work done in other countries in Europe. Through these international exchanges we can not only provide opportunities for the priority intervention neighbourhoods to explore other realities, but also generate cooperation and an exchange of ideas that is plenty valuable for everyone involved.
